Lucy is a sweet girl who’s been through a lot. Her owner was killed in a violent manner and Lucy was present in the home when it happened. She needs an understanding foster or forever home that can be there for her when there is loud thunder or fireworks, as she is terrified of those noises. She does well with other dogs.
